You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or remote areas in northern Canada.

Here's how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2 to 4 business days. Then Amazon's carriers take it from there. You'll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It's on the way!

We partner with Amazon Logistics to handle fulfilment. They bring our products closest to you and offer the fast and reliable shipping that you have come to expect. Your order is picked and packed in the country you ordered from, except for European countries. European orders ship from a warehouse in Germany.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via support@titanshieldgaming.com. We can give you the inside info.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@titanshieldgaming.com.

No, your order is dispatched from a fulfilment centre in your country. Sales tax is calculated separately at checkout. For European customers, VAT is included in pricing.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! We offer free returns. 

If you have purchased or received a product directly from www.titanshieldgaming.com and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact support@titanshieldgaming.com and include your order number. Once we have received your return and verified the condition, we will release a refund.

Please allow 7-10 business days from the day your items are received back in our warehouse to process a return.

Our full satisfaction guarantee covers: 

• Manufacturer Defects (like sizing and quality)

• Missing Items

• Damaged Items

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately at support@titanshieldgaming.com. Please include your Order ID and an image of the defect if applicable. You will have the option of a replacement or return for a refund.
